We are a full-service law firm located in Westfield, New Jersey. At Francis D. McIntyre PC, we represent clients from throughout New Jersey in a broad range of legal practice areas. Attorneys Frank D. McIntyre and Timothy Shafer bring impressive skills and a valuable perspective to our practice. Mr. McIntyre has owned other businesses and has a strong background in litigation, commercial law, and related issues. Ms. Kirshenbaum is a Russian-speaking attorney and handles the immigration practice for the firm. She holds degrees in both Accounting and Economics in addition to her law degree. She understands the immigration process from firsthand experience and has a strong background in finance and healthcare.
